Terms and Conditions
A deposit of 25% of the full rental is required with booking (non
refundable upon cancellation). A booking is confirmed only when a deposit is received.
If the booking is made six weeks or less before arrival then the full
rental is payable. Once the booking form is accepted by us, you are
responsible for full payment when due.
The owner of the property does not accept any liability for any accident, damage, loss, injury, or expense, whether to persons or to property, which the tenants or any other persons may suffer or incur arising out of, or in any way connected with, the letting.
A Security Deposit of £200, which is fully refundable assuming there are no breakages, etc., must be paid one week prior to arrival. This Security Deposit, less any deductions should it be necessary, will be refunded within ten days of departure. This will usually be done by cheque unless bank details are provided.
In the event of a cancellation being received in writing before the
commencement of the holiday, we will endeavour to re-let the property for the period concerned, and if such re-letting proves possible, we shall refund the balance of money paid. If the property is not re-let for any reason, the original leassee is liable for the whole of the rental amount.
