Lower Cot Mill garden
Double doors open out into the secluded garden which has several levels of grassed areas, exotic flower beds, steps, pathways and leats. At the bottom of the garden is a stream and a seated area ideal for barbeques. There is also a second terrace with garden furniture for al fresco dining. The garden is a haven in which only birdsong and the stream can generally be heard. A gate in the garden leads out onto a footpath that leads to St Just, fifteen minutes walk away.

There is a wooden artists' studio in the garden which has a stable-style door, a window and two veluxes. This has been used as a working studio until very recently, and is available for use by our visitors.
